Approach

Utilized Facebook ads to target local customers, developed and created a consistent social media and email marketing campaign with custom branded content, designed labels for a line of signature sauces to sell while the dining room was shut down in 2020,

Impact

Consistently increased weekend brunch covers by over 300% vs the same time in 2019 (restaurant was closed in 2020). 

Filled reservations to capacity on several holidays with a combination of email marketing and Facebook ads.

Doubled organic social media following.
