Design a new website to focus on eCommerce sales, increase revenue through email marketing, and build stronger brand recognition and customer base via social platforms.

Approach

Migrated existing eCommerce website to Shopify platform with integrated POS to focus on online sales, created new branded content, developed a monthly email campaign, and facilitated monthly management of social platforms.

Impact

Increased email open rates from 22% to 48% resulting in an 85% increase in revenue driven from the initial email in the campaign. The following emails resulted in an average increase of 46% in revenue. 

Social media following increased by an average of 11% per month and engagement increased by an average of 29%.
